Large Closets

There is a large double closet in the bedroom, a spacious coat closet in the foyer and a large linen closet in the bathroom. Only available in B units.

On-Site Management

The on-site office located in the lobby houses the most delightful Management staff who are there to help you with any questions you may have. In addition, there is a live-in superintendent on site and 24 hour emergency service as required.

Key Fob

Each tenant on the lease is issued a key fob for entry. The resident can only request one additional emergency key fob. Nurses aides are not allowed to have a key fob.

All family members and friends who will not be assigned a supplemental key fob shall be required to buzz your apartment from the entry access panel in order for you to buzz them into the building. An intercom system allows tenants to admit guests.

Security Cameras

Cameras cover all entrances, hallways, the lobby, and parking area. These cameras are monitored regularly.

Air Conditioner

We provide an air conditioner in the living room. There is a wall unit enclosure to add an air conditioner in the bedroom, however we do not provide the A/C unit.

Laundry Facilities

Washers and dryers are conveniently located in laundry rooms on the second, third and fourth floors.

Recreation Room

Our First Floor has a large community room that opens to a beautifully landscaped courtyard. A cozy lounge area/card playing room is located on Third Floor.
